Table time limits apply whether guests are walk-in or holding a reservation, and are based on party size:
1.5 hours to parties of 5 guests or less.
2 hour limit to parties of 6 guests or more.
For reservations, the time limit begins at the originally scheduled reservation time, not the time the party is seated. We ask that all guests in a party be present at the time of seating.
We are happy to take requests for a preferred seating area or table arrangement; however, we cannot guarantee them. Seating assignments are made based on availability and the operational needs of the restaurant at the time of your visit. We will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
A $20 per head hold is placed on your card to secure your reservation.
An 18% gratuity may be added to the bill for parties of 5 or more guests.
Cakes and decorations must be approved by a staff member prior to your visit.
Cakes brought in from outside the restaurant are subject to a $3 per person charge.
We specialize in premium desserts and have a variety of options available in-store for you to explore and enjoy.
Please call ahead of time so we can confirm we have enough space to hold your cake.
Chiang Mai Thai Dining is not responsible for any damage to cakes or personal belongings brought on-site
Last call for food orders is 30 minutes before closing time.
This may be adjusted earlier for restaurant cleaning, technical difficulties, or private parties.
A 15-minute grace period is given for parties running late for their reservation time before the table may be released to guests on the waitlist.
If you expect to be late, please call ahead so we can do our best to accommodate your party.
If you can no longer make your reservation, please cancel by phone or by editing your online reservation. This frees up the table for other patrons and helps you avoid a cancellation charge.
A charge applies to no-show reservations and to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
