Do you serve alcohol?

Yes. Chiang Mai serves alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine and beer. Availability may vary by location.

Do you serve pork or use pork-derived ingredients?

Chiang Mai does not offer or cook pork as a menu protein.

Are vegetarian and vegan options available?

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and some dishes can be modified. Please inform your server of your dietary requirements so ingredients such as egg, fish sauce and other sauces can be verified.

Which dishes are gluten-friendly?

Gluten-friendly options may include Traditional Pad Thai, Green Curry, Basil Fried Rice, Fresh Rolls, Tuna Ceviche, Chicken Larb, Pad See Ew, Mango Salad, Malay Curry, Mango Sticky Rice and more. Please tell your server about any allergy or intolerance because recipes and cross-contact risks must be verified.

Can you guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur?

No restaurant can guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Our team can review ingredients and take precautions, but suppliers may process allergens and cross-contamination may occur.

Can you accommodate peanuts, shellfish or other major allergens?

We can review many allergy requests, including peanuts and shellfish. Please notify your server before ordering. A manager will verify the ingredients and preparation method, but we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Can guests customize their spice level?

Yes. Our spice levels are Mild, Medium, Hot and Thai Spicy. Some dishes are naturally spicy and may not be available completely mild such as Green curry, Tom Yum Pad Thai, Khao Soi, Islamic Noodles, Malay Curry and Pad Ki Maw.
