From creative social media campaigns to innovative customer engagement strategies, we continuously evolve our concepts, platforms, and guest experience. We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to grow with us and help bring fresh ideas to life with the guidance of the Marketing Director.
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, Rednote, Youtube)
Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content across multiple platforms
Participate in the development of innovative marketing campaigns and digital strategies
Help keep our marketing, branding, and online presence constantly updated and evolving
Monitor trends, analytics, and platform insights to improve engagement and performance
Manage email marketing platforms, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
Assist with content planning, creative brainstorming, and campaign execution
Coordinate with agencies, influencers, suppliers, vendors, photographers, and external partners
Participate in restaurant launches, events, activations, and collaborations
Support branding consistency and creative direction across all channels
Assist with operational and marketing projects across multiple restaurant locations
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or hospitality marketing
Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Public Relations, or a related field
Passion for marketing, hospitality, branding, and social media
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Interest in trends, innovation, digital culture, and content creation
Experience using social media platforms and scheduling tools + reporting tools
Photography, videography, editing, or graphic design skills are a plus
