- Celebratory cakes and decorations
- Must be approved by one of our staff members prior to your visit
- Cakes brought in from outside will be charged $3 per person.
- We also sell cheesecake at the store.
- Please call in advance to ensure there is enough space for us to hold the cake for you.
- Chiang Mai is not responsible for any damage to the cakes or any personal belongings.
- The last call for food is 30 minutes before closing time. Special occasions such as restaurant cleaning, technical difficulties, and private parties may change the restaurant's last call.
- A gratuity of 18% may be added to parties of 5 or more
- We ask that all guests be present at the time of seating
- Cancellation fees will be applied to no-show reservations and cancellations without a 24-hour notice in advance.

Late & Cancellation

Parties that are late for their reservation time are given a 15-minute grace period before we offer the table away to guests on the waitlist. If you are going to be late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.

If you are unable to make your reservation, please kindly cancel your reservation by calling us or editing your online reservation. This will help other patrons find a table to accommodate late guests and walk-ins and avoid you paying for any cancellation charges or penalties.

There will be a charge for no-show reservations and cancellations without 24-hour notice in advance.

Harassment

We have zero tolerance towards harassment of any kind, such as swearing, threats, and any act of violence, in our restaurant premises. This also includes any sort of discrimination based on race, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.

Intoxicated guests

Customers who are noticed to be under the influence of alcohol and any other substance(s) may be denied service and asked to leave the premises for any such violations. Any inappropriate and disruptive behavior may be subject to further action by the local governing authorities.
